About the role
A structured internship for someone early in their craft with obvious taste and obvious hunger. You will work on real projects with a named mentor, and we will tell you honestly whether a full-time offer is coming.
What you'll do
- Build components and pages alongside senior engineers
- Prototype interactions and motion studies
- Contribute to internal design system work
- Write up what you learn for the rest of the team
What we're looking for
- Working knowledge of React and CSS
- Something you have built that you can talk about at length
- Genuine attention to visual detail
- Willingness to be reviewed and to review

- Figma fluency
- Motion or 3D experiments
- A blog, a side project, or a repository we can read
